Our hiring process
A relaxed 30-minute chat to get to know each other. We’ll talk through your experience, motivations, values and any practical details, and you can ask anything you like. No prep needed — just come as you are.
A 45-minute 1:1 with the Hiring Manager, diving deeper into your experience and how you work. We’ll explore technical skills, collaboration style and culture fit, while giving you a clear picture of the role and team.
You’ll complete a take-home task and then walk us through your thinking in a 60-minute session. This is about how you approach problems, not perfection. We’re interested in your process, decisions and ideas.
One or two short (30-minute) conversations with senior leaders, focused on values, ways of working and what matters most to you. This is a two-way check to make sure Nory feels like the right table for you.
A 30-minute conversation with our CEO and founder, Conor Sheridan. This is a chance to zoom out, align on vision, and ask any remaining questions. Think of it as the final check that everything feels right for both sides.
