Please note that you will need to verify your identity before we can fulfil your request. Your request must: (i) provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorised representative of that person; and (ii) describe the request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request. If you are a Customer user and have requests or questions regarding how your organization (the Customer) uses personal information within our platform, including additional access, deletion, or other data subject rights, please refer to your organization’s internal policies and/or contact your organization’s administrator or privacy office. Because we act as a processor, if we receive a privacy request from a Customer user, we may notify and/or redirect the request to the relevant Customer and will assist the Customer in responding, consistent with our agreement and applicable law.
